Service support is a crucial part of our work with customers. We start working with you during the project planning phase and continue to support you throughout the entire period of using our solution.
When we deploy our solution, we work closely with you to ensure that it meets your needs. Our AirNode analyzers are carefully calibrated, then installed and commissioned by our team. We also provide training to your employees, including environmentalists and maintenance specialists, to ensure that they can use our solution effectively.
Service support during the operation stage includes:
24/7 technical support,
on-site equipment maintenance,
scheduled maintenance in the service center, calibration, and verification (if required).
The technical experts at R-NOX provide user support, analyze emerging situations, and select optimal solutions based on corporate standards and accumulated experience in mass analyzer operation.
Monitoring of equipment operation and diagnostics of its individual elements are automated. This allows for prompt response to deviations, reduces downtime, and solves many tasks remotely, reducing expenses on field service.
On-site maintenance of the AirNode system includes emergency recovery and planned operations in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation. Compliance with technological regulations ensures uninterrupted operation and long equipment service life.
Annual maintenance of the analyzers is carried out at the manufacturer’s service center in accordance with the regulations and includes replacement of individual units, calibration, and full testing of all systems. After this, the equipment undergoes verification procedures (if required) and is returned to operation.
